Access for All at OMA

The Orlando Museum of Art (OMA) is excited to announce “Access for All at OMA,” a groundbreaking program offering FREE admission to the museum. This initiative, generously supported by the Art Bridges Foundation’s Access for All program, aims to make art accessible to everyone in our community.

Kicking off on January 18, 2024, during OMA’s centennial year, Access for All at OMA will occur on the third Thursday of each month. On these special days, the museum will extend its hours from 10 AM to 8 PM, welcoming all visitors without an admission fee. Each event will feature a variety of engaging activities, including live performances, educational experiences, and more. From 5 PM to 7 PM, sketching materials will be available for visitors, encouraging them to get creative. Additionally, a docent-led highlights tour will be held at 7 PM, providing an insightful look into the museum’s collections.

We recognize that accessibility extends beyond free admission. To ensure everyone can easily visit, parking at OMA is always free. The museum is also conveniently accessible via the Lynx bus system and Sunrail, making it easier for everyone in the community to enjoy what OMA has to offer.

As a cornerstone of a city rich in culture and diversity, OMA is dedicated to breaking down barriers and making art experiences accessible to all. We invite everyone to come, be inspired by compelling artworks, and explore new ideas at the Orlando Museum of Art.

“Access for All at OMA” reflects our commitment to inclusivity and community engagement, made possible through the generous support of the Art Bridges Foundation’s Access for All program
